Is monitoring employee computers compliant with data protection law?
E-Guard is designed to be used on company-owned devices within company policies. Informing employees about monitoring in advance and fulfilling the obligations under the applicable data protection law (KVKK in Türkiye) is the employer's responsibility; we also provide guidance on this during installation.
